Shipping and Delivery
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped UPS 3 Day Ground and please add $12.95 per shipment. All orders are sent from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. Illinois sales tax of 10.00% applied to orders delivered within llinois address. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground, and time in transit depends upon UPS.

We will ship the most expeditious way using UPS, FEDEX or US Post. Beside the shipping charge Customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes or tariffs your country may charge. Allow extra time for delivery.
Our hats, gloves and scarves are one size fits most. Jackets, tops, and sweaters have individual dimensions and sizes as appropriate with the specific product description.
We want you to be happy. If an item is not satisfactory, then return the item in its original condition within 2 weeks of receipt and we will promptly issue a refund or replace the merchandise.
Exchanges for different size can be made with prior notification so that we may ensure the availability of item you are seeking. Send an email to, email@example.com, and how you would like for us to contact you back. After 2 weeks restock fee may be charged. This will ensure us to minimize undue cost and will help us offer the best price on all of our merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these instructions: Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 15 days of the shipped date, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and mailing address. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip. Write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box, and mail the item to the address we provide.
Please return the item via an insured carrier (i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL). We recommend that you insure the item for its full value, and retain all postal and insurance receipts to protect you in case of loss or damage.
All returns must be pre-paid. We will not accept COD returns.
The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement. Refunds will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays for shipping costs of refused orders.
To qualify for free outbound shipping on the “Free Shipping on Orders over $80,” offer, the total of your final purchase must be above $80. If the total of your purchase falls below the required $80 for Free Shipping offer, the outbound shipping charge incurred will be charged to your account.
If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please save the box and all of the packing material. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back at our cost, and we will exchange the item promptly.
Merchandise temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder or cancelled as determined by Little Journeys, Ltd. Back order information is indicated at time of order.
At the moment, we will be receiving orders only by email. Upon receiving your order, we will email you a confirmation of the order. We will charge your credit card only when the item is ready to ship. At the current time, we do not offer any gift wrapping. Sorry for this inconvenience. We hope to provide you this service in coming months.
